Scheduled beach clean up to her keep our beautiful oasis clean and getting in those steps.

I do provide trash grabbers (first come first serve), gloves, trash bags, hand sanitizer & water. 

I will be hosting a free workout at a commutiy park or open area. The catch is that it requires a minimum of 5 canned goods or like food items for donation to local food banks. 

Hikes scheduled in advance for ones who'd like a hiking partner or accountability for getting your body moving. 

Foster walks consist of walking dogs in rescues or shelters. This is great for dogs who are looking for their  forever home get some exposure & also help us keep moving. Getting in steps & helping out!
