The best part of fitness is that it's free.

It can be as simple or as complex as you make it. It can be as long or short as you'd like & there are literally endless options that require and don't require equipment. Some times we just have to get creative & make it work. Those truly tend to be the best work outs!

Keeping active can lower the chances of cancer, heart disease, stroke and diabetes. It can also assist with making daily tasks easier by creating a solid foundation for muscle development or maintenance. Not to mention the mental health perks of keeping active. Working out or exercising can help with gaining self esteem, reducing anxiety or depression, and so much more. 

Most of the time I feel we tend to set the bar low for ourselves. We are WAY more capable than we give ourselves credit for & trust me, I'm talking to myself too. We can all push harder than our minds set limits for. 

I want to challenge people, my friends, family & clients to push themselves within their workouts & exercise. I want to boost self-esteems by showing everyone, we are capable of trying new things or starting back up. We are standing in our own way. We are making it harder than it has to be, let's simplify together! 

Every day I wake up and tell myself 3 things I am grateful for and it's hard for me to not choose the ability to move or being healthy. It makes me realize how resilient and capable our bodies truly are. In return makes me think what is our brain holding us back from, physically and mentally. We are capable of completing difficult things.

There are so many things that we try and keep up with; eating more whole foods, drinking more water, getting more sleep, exercising more and the list can go on. 

I'm here to help simplify health and fitness by taking out the complication & make it something you look forward to again.
