I'm Briana Sokoloski, the woman behind the madness of Muscle Before Anything Else. A lover of health/ fitness and helping others reach their goals! Certified personal trainer (ISSA), insurance agent by day & small business owner 100% of the time. I enjoy spending time with family & friends, shredding the gnar on the mountain with my best friend along with raising our pup Reptar!
