Welcome to the hub of health & fitness where we love to motivate & help others! We hope to provide quality workouts/exercise instead of quantity. From experience I've learned the amount of time exercising or being active doesn't necessarily correlate with the quality of exercise, calories burned or effectiveness. 

Learning and exploring is an inevitable hurdle when it comes to persueing  a life of health and fitness. Not only does the information we continue to absorb constantly changes but so are our bodies year after year. So keeping the desire to learn/growth can be extremely difficult and frustrating, but here at Muscle BAE I hope to provide a place with encouragement and availability for accountability & integrity.
