Welcome to the hub of health & fitness where I love to motivate & help others! 

I'd like to share different ways to be active whether it's short and explosive workouts; burning the most calories in the least amount of time or endurance based. Which would be working towards increasing cardio vascular with strength training incorporated.

From using equipment to body weight exercises suited for everyone at any level.

Learning and exploring your best self is an inevitable hurdle to perusing a life of health and fitness. Not only do the actions and nutrients that we consume affect us but so does the information we continue to absorb each day. Year in and year out our bodies continue to change based on our choices.

So keeping the desire to learn/growth can be extremely difficult and frustrating. However we are all capable of change, at the very least for ourselves and loved ones.

Here at Muscle BAE I hope to provide a place of encouragement and availability for accountability & integrity.
